Fish pakora banate waqt sabse badi problem hoti hai fish ki smell. Is recipe mein hum pehle hi smell remove kar lenge.
Ingredients:
500 gram boneless fish
Lemon juice / White vinegar
Garlic paste
Green chilli, ginger paste
Salt, Kashmiri red chilli powder
Haldi, Kasuri methi
Ajwain, chilli flakes
Besan (gram flour)
1 egg
Rice flour / cornflour
Oil for frying
Method:
Sabse pehle fish ko lemon juice aur garlic paste ke saath 2–3 minute ke liye mix karke rakh dein. Isse fish ki smell bhi chali jaati hai aur chipchipa pan bhi khatam ho jata hai.
Ab green chilli, ginger-garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, haldi, kasuri methi aur ajwain add karke achhe se mix karein.
Ab halka sa besan, ek anda aur thoda rice flour add karke thin coating banayein. Zyada mota batter nahi hona chahiye.
Medium-high flame par oil garam karke fish ko 5–6 minute fry karein.
Golden aur crispy hone ke baad chaat masala sprinkle karke serve karein.

Ingredients:
700 gram chicken (with bone / boneless)
Salt, red chilli powder
Ginger-garlic paste
Lemon juice
Besan
Egg
Garam masala, haldi
Kasuri methi, ajwain
Cornflour / rice flour
Oil
Method:
Chicken ko pehle salt, red chilli powder, ginger-garlic paste aur lemon juice ke saath 5–7 minute ke liye marinate karein.
Ab besan, anda, thoda garam masala, haldi, kasuri methi, ajwain aur cornflour add karke mix karein. Thoda pani sprinkle karein taaki coating achhi bane.
Medium-low flame par chicken ko 10–12 minute tak fry karein, beech-beech mein palatte rahein.
Golden brown hone ke baad nikaal kar chaat masala aur lemon ke saath serve karein.

Ingredients:
600 gram chicken
Ginger-garlic paste
Chilli paste / chilli sauce
Cornflour
Egg
Oil
Green chilli, capsicum
Soy sauce
Tomato sauce
Salt, aromatic powder
Method:
Chicken ko ginger-garlic paste, salt aur chilli paste ke saath marinate karein.
Cornflour aur anda add karke light coating bana lein.
Medium flame par chicken ko 8–10 minute fry karein.
Ab wok mein oil garam karke ginger, garlic, green chilli aur capsicum fry karein.
Water, chilli paste, tomato sauce aur soy sauce add karein. Sauce ko 1–2 minute pakayein.
Fried chicken add karke high flame par 5–7 toss karein taaki sauce achhe se coat ho jaye.
